Yes, we do. Our house style is a rediscovery and modern rendition of Golden Age proportions and silhouettes: drape-cut chest and full cut trousers.

We make Golden Age tailoring for men all over the world. We serve them through our proprietary digital platform and processes. We guarantee a perfect fit for all our global customers.

If you ask our customers, they will say "the style", “the fit”, "the comfort", or “the quality”. According to the men whom we dress, we make very comfortable clothes in a unique style, very well.

We currently have two lines: bespoke and made to measure (MTM).

Bespoke involves your personal pattern, drafted from scratch, using your measurements. The pattern is verified through a Test of Fit (trial garment). Bespoke garments are fully hand made.

MTM uses a standard house block pattern, adjusted for your measurements. MTM does not include fittings, so your order goes from measurements to finished product. We do assess your garments on delivery, recommend alterations, and cover the costs to ensure a beautifully fitting garment.

We take your measurements with our AI tool (go here to read about it). Alternatively, you can take your measurements manually and upload them.

We check every customer’s measurements against the pictures that he sends us. If we find or think that we have found anomalies we will be in touch to verify and correct your measurements, if necessary.

A bespoke garment typically takes 15+ weeks from order to delivery, depending on how many tests of fit you have. MTM orders take between 6-8 weeks.

Our bespoke garments are made by hand; that is, the work that matters most is done by hand. Machine work is used only where it produces a stronger, more consistent result. MTM products are largely machine made, with areas such as the collar edges, inner vents, armhole, and buttons finished by hand.

Every single AskOkey jacket is fully canvassed, whether bespoke or MTM. We use a heavy and hard canvas, typically three layers, to achieve the desired shape. A floating layer of horsehair canvas runs the length of the front, allowing the jacket to mould to your chest over time.

We start your bespoke order with a pattern. The pattern is made from scratch according to your measurements and our expertise in assessing your posture, the shape of your shoulders, height, waistline and other proportions.

We make a test of fit from your pattern and send it to you. You try it on and take photographs. Following that, we discuss it with you to ensure that all your preferences have been captured.

Theoretically, the number is unlimited. Some customer orders only need one; others need two or three. We will do as many as we need to.

MTM customer patterns are produced from our standard blocks, graded according to the customer’s proportions. We add allowances on the basis of our experience to ensure that the jacket, trousers and other garments fit closely. In some cases, alterations are required, which is a typical part of the custom tailoring experience (and covered by AskOkey!).

We work with leading English and Italian mills and merchants to source our fabric. If a particular fabric is not listed on our website, we can probably find it, or recommend a proxy for it. You can pick a fabric from any of the below mills and merchants and we can add it on the website:

All our garments are made with cloth that we provide. We do not accept client supplied cloth.

We ship worldwide through contracted shippers, typically DHL.

The cost of shipping is included in the price of your order. Customers are responsible for paying for any customs duties levied in their jurisdictions.

At AskOkey, we have a Perfect Fit Guarantee to ensure you are satisfied with your garments. Once your order arrives, please send images/videos to our team to review the fit and recommend alterations (if needed). Take the garment to a tailor, ask him how much it will cost to do the alterations and tell us the amount. After the alterations, send us the bill.

Please share images of the garment fit within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for alteration coverage.

During the bespoke process, we go through several fittings to ensure the desired fit is achieved. If the delivered final garment still requires some adjustments, we will handle this for you.

Because each garment is cut specifically for the customer, bespoke and MTM orders cannot be returned for a refund. If your garment does not fit perfectly, we will alter the garment until it does; this is part of the service, not an extra.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and repair or remake the garment at no cost to you.
